We managed to collect more than 500 toothbrushes and toothpaste tubes which were shipped out to Gambia in May 2017.%3c%2fp%3e%3cp style%3d%22font-family%3a Comic Sans MS%3b font-size%3a 10pt%3b%22%3eApril 2018%26nbsp%3bthe whole School in crew groups considered the use and disposal of plastics%2c we thought about the advantages and disadvantages of using plastic and the effect it has on the planet. In crews we thought about plastics at home%2c in school and in the wider world. Each Crew made a presentation to the rest of the School and took questions. Before the customers arrived the children designed Italian menus and practised their Italian greetings. The children in the Gambian will write one in return.
